Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Pastoreai platform (the "Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Platform.

Pastoreai is a SaaS ministry panel that provides tools for pastors and church leaders to organize sermons, series, preaching calendars, and work teams. The Platform also offers AI-based features for generating ideas, outlines, and suggestions for ministry content.

The Platform uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate sermon ideas, outlines, thematic suggestions, and other supporting content ("AI-Generated Content"). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-Generated Content is produced automatically by language models and must be reviewed, verified, and adapted by the user before any use, whether in sermons, publications, or any other purpose.
• AI-Generated Content may contain inaccuracies, theological errors, inappropriate interpretations, or outdated information.
• Pastoreai is not responsible for the content of ideas and suggestions generated by artificial intelligence, including but not limited to theological, doctrinal, factual, or any other type of errors.
• Responsibility for the use, publication, and dissemination of AI-Generated Content lies exclusively with the user.

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing true and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activities carried out in your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

The Platform offers free and paid plans. When subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the prices and conditions shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party services (Stripe) and are subject to those providers' terms. Pastoreai reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, systems, or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Submit or store content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use automated mechanisms (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization.
• Exploit vulnerabilities or flaws in the credits or plans system.

All original content you create (sermons, notes, series) remains your property. Pastoreai does not claim rights over the content you create on the Platform. The Platform's brand, logo, design, and source code are the property of Pastoreai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to provide the service, including name, email, and usage information. Your data is not sold to third parties. The content of sermons sent for AI idea generation may be processed by third-party AI providers as necessary to provide the service.

The Platform is provided "as is" (as is), without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your needs. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance resulting in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pastoreai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be kept for up to 30 days for possible recovery and then permanently deleted. Pastoreai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the Platform. Continued use after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo-SP are elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, as provided in the Consumer Protection Code.
